THE PARTY PATCH RENTAL POLICIES
RESERVATION DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
  1. Loss or damages to our equipment while in the renters possession is renters responsibility.
  2. Renter agrees the equipment counts are as shown on rental contract are correct unless specifically noted on the receipt copy. It is renters responsibility to report any discrepancy to The Party Patch. Renter will be subject to final counts as returned and inspected by The Party Patch.
  3. Any equipment lost or damaged will be charged back to renter at replacement cost plus shipping.
  4. All equipment is to be returned in clean conditions with exception of linen items. All equipment must be returned free of any food debris and dry. This includes the usage of any and all equipment. A cleaning charge of $30.00 per labor hour will be charged back to renter.
  5. Linens that are torn or suffer burn holes will be charged back to Renter at replacement cost. The Party Patch will treat for stained linen and wax. In most cases these do come clean in processing. Exceptions will be at the Renters expense. Please shake all linens ftee of debris and place in open trash bags for pick up or transport.
  6. Delivery charges are set according to zip code. Delivery and Pickups are quoted for Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Weekend and after hour deliveries and pickups will be quoted separately. Delivery fee does include the pickup of the equipment. Deliveries are quoted to the door. Prices will be quoted separately for elevator, stair, backyard, field etc. deliveries. Setup and take down of equipment is available and quoted separately. Unless otherwise arranged, equipment must be stacked and ready at same location upon pickup or additional charges will be incurred.
  7. Fifty percent of the rent is required to reserve rental equipment with the balance paid in full prior to delivery or pickup. Rental items returned after the date and time due will be subject to additional charges. Weekend rentals are out on Friday and due in on Monday.*
  8. Set up and take down of events is billed out at: $35.00 per labor hour - 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; $52.50 per labor hour - 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
  9. Prices shown are for daily and weekend rates. Weekly and monthly rates are available and welcome.
  10. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to schedule rental, are subject to 50% of the rental.
